These trees were grown in the mountains above Santa Cruz, CA. The trees are over 50 years old, but the man that grafted and grew them never told any one how he did it . Around 1999 the owner of Nob Hill foods in Gilroy, CA. moved them to his amusement park, Bonfante Gardens, in Gilroy and they are still doing well. I've been to the park many times and they still amaze me.
